Encyclical Fratelli Tutti

Fratelli Tutti in 3 Minutes (Video)

"We are all brothers and sisters. St Francis of Assisi used to say: "All brothers and sisters". And so, men and women of every religious confession are uniting themselves today in prayer and penance to ask for the grace of healing from this pandemic". (Pope Francis 14 May 2020)

Pope Francis signed the new encyclical after Mass celebrated in the Basilica of St. Francis on 3 October. The ceremony took place without the faithful present, in respect of the current health situation. The title of the encyclical, "All Brothers", is taken directly from the admonitions of Francis of Assisi.
